Coffs Harbour: New Digital Imagery

Mark Freeburn, AAM Project Delivery Manager, handed over 1200 square kms of 0.225m GSD digital orthophotography to the Coffs Harbour City Council. This imagery was captured and produced from the AAM owned Intergraph Digital Mapping Camera (DMC). The Coffs Harbour orthophotography was under-pinned by the earlier provision of high-definition LiDAR digital terrain data. The DTM was created by AAM, as part of the mapping project and already being put to use for flood studies.

Digital Colour Infrared imagery acquired simultaneously with the DMC will be put to use in vegetation and other environmental analysis.
