Overview: Exploring Interests and Growing Skills

We focus on an experience that promotes growth in technical and professional skills.

Throughout their experience at Woolpert, participants are given the opportunity to explore their interests and different career options through cross-training and project involvement with multiple teams.

You will learn about individual and team roles/responsibilities and starts to get immersed in Woolpert culture. You’ll be assigned to a team and project work that is guided by your supervisor and will get acquainted with the industry-leading and innovative projects in our portfolio.

You will be supported and encouraged to provide contributions to projects. As your knowledge and confidence grows, you will be able to answer more questions and become a point of contact for project work responsibilities. You are given a safe space to explore new responsibilities and for those seeking a leadership pathway, you may even be able to lead a project team.

Once you develop further experience, you will be able to take on higher level tasks and own projects.
