Your new role:

This is a permanent full-time position that may be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Brisbane.

The Inside Sales Lead is a newly created position within the AAM Sales Team. You will be responsible for increasing new business and opportunity demand by focusing on our inbound and outbound sales processes. You will contribute to company targets and growth through qualifying new prospective clients and unearthing opportunities with our extensive list of existing accounts. This will include:

  • Generating and qualifying new sales opportunities utilizing playbooks and through outbound call and email campaigns
  • Qualifying inbound sales leads received through multiple channels
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Enjoying the challenge and achievement of Sales Focused KPI’s, goals and incentives
What we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone who has a high level of sales integrity and energy and is enthusiastic to get involved with the rapidly growing geospatial industry.  Ideally you have a passion for customer service and proven experience supporting customers and being able to proactively identify and source business opportunities. You will be someone that:

  • Builds trusted relationships and rapport both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and a strong team player

Minimum qualifications and experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications within Business, Marketing of Commerce highly regarded
  • Relevant experience with inbound / outbound sales related activities, lead generating and sales calls
  • Experience with spatial industry and/or software sales desired, but not necessary
  • Demonstrated experience and ability in identifying both current and future customer needs
  • Experience in using CRM systems
  • Permanent and full-time working rights in Australia
