227 Toorak Rd Building Subdivision
The 227 Toorak Road development at South Yarra consists of 388 apartments, 6 retail spaces and 3 levels of parking. It’s also arguably one of Toorak Road’s most iconic buildings complimenting the locally-appreciated Chapel Street Precinct.
AAM provided Land Survey services over the project’s duration.
The developer (Little Projects) required a Land Survey consultancy partner to provide cadastral survey services for the project. This involved title re-establishment works, drafting of the Subdivision Plan, conducting lease surveys for all retail spaces and providing professional advice.
AAM’s Victorian Land Survey team timely delivered the Plan of Subdivision. We also:
- Dealt with a mixed use development and multiple Owner’s Corporations,
- Managed issues surrounding new car stacker designs
- Managed changing retail space configurations and ever-changing car space allocations.
- Helped with design amendments and issues raised by other external consultants.
AAM provided building subdivision information, expertise and advice assisting a University of Melbourne research team to develop a subdivision visualisation tool prototype.
We registered the Plan of Subdivision within the required timeframes with all contractual obligations being successfully met.
