- Ongoing Setout and asbuilt survey work- acutal scope dependant on each individual project
- Certification
This depends on several factors including:
- Timing- how long will it take and how soon does it need to be done
- Risk
- Budget requirements
Timing of survey commencement depends on:
- Receiving required data for client
- Signing of contract
- Staff levels and availability
- This is different for every project. Experience is valuable in determining accuracy requirements
This is dependant on the work required and the scope of your project and how soon setout work can begin.
- Normally only 1 or 2 surveyors assigned to each construction project, depending on the projects requirements
- Accuracy normally dictates how many surveyors required for each task
- We assign one surveyor as the site contact who will manage and look after the site. This reduces the need for multiple people, reduces potential for miscommunications/confusions and minimises mistakes. One surveyor will be the day to day contact with support from the office
