This month, we have had the pleasure of hosting Woolpert’s Chief Operating Officer, Kirk McClurkin and Director of Operations for (Civil) Infrastructure, Bryan Dickerson. While ‘down under’, they met with local colleagues and delivered a series of professional development sessions.
During the interactive sessions in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, Woolpert colleagues from across the Asia-Pacific gathered to learn and share best practices in project management, client service and communication.
These well received sessions helped focus the skills of the local team, while further integrating shared processes, and embedding a common Woolpert language around projects and account management.
Delivered to Woolpert offices across the United States, the professional development training brought a fresh perspective to our local teams, providing insights into global operations and best practices across Woolpert’s Architecture, Engineering, and Geospatial businesses.
