Surveyors Australia Business Academy brings together emerging business leaders from different surveying firms with a view to improving business operations through collaboration and high-level review. The program empowers participants to review and report on their current state of business, and make recommendations found within course learnings.
The five-day program explores sessions on Strategy, Story, and Sales, Pricing Profitability and People, as well as Startup, Scaling, and Succession.
